Introduction

Hello, everyone! My name is Jack Deegan, I am a final year Accounting student currently living and studying in Waterford, Ireland. I have recently just came home from a Summer of travelling in Canada, where I was immersed in a new culture on the opposite side of the world. It was amazing to see what Canada had to offer such as; their wildlife, landscape and everyone's enthusiasm for the outdoors. I believe that this trip allowed me to grow up very quickly as I didn't have my parents to rely on for everyday essentials and had to fend for myself which empowered me. Life upon arriving home

Since arriving home to Ireland I have spent my time with friends and family, reconnecting with these people that I haven't seen in quite some time has been a refreshing experience. I have also started back in University recently. The first two weeks have been tough, but very exciting in a sense that I know that I only have one year left before I start full-time work in my chosen field (Accounting).

Why I'm writing blogs & What to expect

I am starting to write blogs due to a requirement in one of my modules in University called, 'Digital Economy'. You can expect my blogs to be about topics surrounding, Investment in the South-East, Payment systems and any other area involved in tech/business.
